Chocolate Coconut Overnight Oats
It contains many wholesome ingredients! Let's get started on this powerhouse breakfast.
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- ½ tablespoon of honey
- 1 cup milk (any kind)
- 1 banana sliced for topping
- 1 tablespoon of shreded coconut for topping
In a bowl (preferrably the ones that are airtight) combine all the dry ingredients. In another bowl put the honey and stirr it with a table spoon of milk. Add the remaining of the milk, a drop or two of your coconut essence, and stir with the honey mixture. Then pour the liquid in the bowl with the dry ingredients.
Save the banana and some of the of the shredded coconut for topping.
Leave the mixture in the fridge for 16 hours. It can even go to 24 hours and get that cacao nib even softer, but I doubt you will be able to wait for that long, lol!
