S’mores Coffee-tini

Who says you need a campfire to have the perfect S’mores? Better yet, let’s add some booze and coffee to make it the perfect adult S’mores Coffee-tini . This is the perfect drink to have with friends around the fire place. Enjoy! 

Recipe 

½ cup of Caribbrew Haitian Hot Chocolate Mix 

½ cup of Caribbrew Cold Brew 

1 shot of cream liqueur 

1 ounce of Rum and Coffee liqueur 

Garnish: Marshmallows, Marshmallow Fluff, Graham Crackers, Chocolate Bars 

Rim the Martini glass with the Marshmallow fluff. Then dip it into crushed Graham crackers. Place glass in freezer to harden the rim. 

Once cooled, combine Caribbrew’s Haitian Hot Chocolate Mix, cream liqueur, coffee and rum liqueur, and Caribbrew's cold brew to shaker and mix. 

TIP: add coffee ice cubes to shake in the mix in order to give it an extra shot of coffee!!

Pour into glass and garnish with toasted marshmallows, and enjoy!!
