Traditional Haitian Cacao Tablet/Balls

We're excited to bring you a limited release of 100% single origin Haitian cacao. These tablets honor our traditional craftmanship of cacao-making.

The finest quality cacao beans are fermented and dried under the Haitian sun then manually roasted and finally molded into easy-to-use tablets that can be used to make the best chocolate drinks.

It already includes staple spices you find in Haitian hot chocolate, Ceylon cinnamon and anise. 

How to use:

Add it to a saucepan, add 1-2 tablets in 6 oz of boiling water until it dissolves, whisk and add evaporated milk or whole milk, let it simmer to desire consistancy, sweeten to taste for a smooth, velvety cocoa-rich cup!

These tablets are minimally processed, leaving them with their full antioxidants content and maximum flavor. Drink up.
