Chocolate caramel self-saucing pudding
• 1 cup (150g) self-raising flour
• 1 1/2 cups (330g) caster sugar
• 3/4 cup (75g) CariBBrew cocoa powder
• 60g unsalted butter, melted, cooled
• 1/2 cup (125ml) milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 200g soft-centered Werther’s Original lollies, roughly chopped
• Vanilla ice cream, to serve
