2 were great but 2 were not

Most of the time I get what I expected and I can't wait to get up in the morning and enjoy my Haitian coffee. But this is the second time the coffee was not all good. I am disappointed in can't be quality isn't always on point. I live near hoboken and I could be sure I could do an exchange when that happens I would order again. But otherwise I can't order again.
