Our coffee is grown at over 4000 feet in the mountains of Haiti. Each beans are carefully handpicked then roasted in small batches for the perfect cup. 

We proudly serve this single origin coffee from Thiotte, a mountainous town in the south of Haiti. This coffee has subtle notes of chocolate, low in acidity, full bodied, and nutty. It is quite a delight!

The coffee itself is delicious! Totally exceeded my expectations. The Caribbean spice is my favorite, it has a subtle sweet, cinnamon flavor that is yummy but not overpowering. My husband even loved the dark roast and he usually hates dark roast coffee. My only complaint is that the cup seemed to be not compatible with our Keurig machine. It would work like 30% of the time, but most of the time it would sputter water and blow coffee grounds everywhere. We ended up taking the grounds out and using in a French press.
