I know the great medicinal properties this drink has. Turmeric always have a strong taste if you can't handle that I suggest add a little agave. If you want all the benefits it has to offer drink it straight. I use plant base milk and the it's very warm and relaxing after having a cup. I made some for my mom and she notice some difference in her body. Amazing and will purchase again.
