I brought these into the office in order to have my non-Haitian colleagues celebrate Haiti's entry into the World Cup stage, and these went quickly! So smooth! No bitter aftertaste! Haitian coffee exactly like I nostalgically remember drinking it during a brief visit in Haiti over 30 years ago. It was yummy back then, and it's still yummy now! Bravo.

Ordered the K-cups the 1st week of August, received an email 3 days later that my order shipped...that didn't happen. UPS did not receive my order until early September and I just received my order. Haitians can show up 4 - 5 hours early at the airport for a flight, but can't send a packaged that they received $ for on time...smh! And Customer Service was lacking on follow through or follow up.
I've order this coffee several times and even sent a box to a friend of mine in Pennsylvania. I also ordered two additional boxes for myself. It's not the same. It tastes much weaker now. After patiently waiting for you to have more available I was really disappointed at the change. I am placing it on my lowest Keurig setting but it still hasn't helped. I just picked up another brand off of Amazon. I don't understand why you changed your previously wonderful medium dark strength. What gives? I still have an unopened box I can't use.
Can’t say since I didn’t receive the order yet. UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package. Label was entered at beginning of August.
