 2 Bags, 2 different results 
The coffee in the first bag was very good; however, on Monday, 3/3, I opened the second bag. The brewed coffee tasted very bitter. I brewed some more on Tuesday, 3/4, and it still tasted very bitter.  Pleased with the product
